I would like to thank Gary Shaw of Antrim Borough Council for allowing me permission to not only visit the site but to take photographs. This dig which was in July was to asertain the outer walls of Antrim Castle but further digs in the grounds will be happening.
This was Antrim Castle before it was destroyed by arsonists.

This (F) is part of the front section of the castle wall. The red tiles are most likely either wall or floor tiles as there was access below here for the servants.
What seems to be a passage way between the inner and outer wall could have been for servants.
